Arjan is a freehold mixed-use community development project in DubaiLand, situated at the junction of Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311) and Umm Suqeim Road (D63). It lies to the north of Dubai Motor City.
The area is relatively peaceful. As a newer development, the roads are rarely busy, and while greenery has yet to establish itself, Arjan is home to
Dubai Miracle Garden and
Dubai Butterfly Garden.
The area is composed, largely, of low to mid-rise apartment blocks in one of five sub-communities:
Lincoln Park,
Green Diamond,
Vincitore Palacio,
Siraj Tower and
Platinum One. The plan contains 10 development zones with a total of 157 plots and includes office, retail and hotel space.
